We are a small business! Currently we only have one esthetician, Shawnlin, who is also the owner! Being that this is a solo practice there is no front desk to answer calls during treatment hours or out of office hours. Because Shawnlin manages client interactions, texting helps us revist information and questions asked. We thank you for your consideration as texting is not all of our cups of tea. As we grow, a front desk will most definitely be added in the future.

For anti-aging: Every 4-6 weeks

For acne-prone skin: Every 2-4 weeks depending on acne severity. Severe acne should book every 2 weeks.

For hyperpigmentation: Every 4 weeks depending on the treatment. For a peel series, every 7-14 days.

For congestion and black/whiteheads: Every 4-6 weeks

New Clients: You can book any facial! Every facial is customized to your skin concerns. The difference between the facials are the strength of the products used and the amount of devices/modalities used.

Relaxing/Facial Massage: As often as you'd like!

Normal Skin Maintenance: For skin without skin concerns, you can book quarterly! Every 1-3 months. If wanting to focus on prevenative care for hyperpigmenatation or age preventation, every 4-6 weeks.
Facial frequency is dependent on your skin types, goals, treatment plan, budget, and priorities!

Yes there is guest parking located inside of the Century Square garage!
I validate parking in the Century Square Garage! only. You will be validated for your planned treatment time with an additional 30 minutes. If you come earlier than 30 minutes your parking will not be validated for the additional time.
The parking garage clearance is 6'2. Please be careful when driving in because some areas of the ceiling does get lower.
On Sundays the Century Square buildings lobby gate is closed. You will need to text me when you get here and I will come down to buzz you in and up!

I have a waiting area for guests who come to appointments together or want to come with a friend.
I do not have a waiting area for guests who arrive to their appointments early.
If you arrive to your appointment early, please wait in your car. My studio door is locked at all times and you will not be able to get into the room unless I am not with a client at the time and done with cleaning/set up for your appointment. If you plan to come early, please wait in your car until 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
As a Solo Esthetician I have used and tried a plethora of brands. I strongly believe that there is no brand that can cover every need of all my clients which is why I partner with many! To assure I have something for everyone!

Because of this we've chosen to have our retail shelves filled with Lira Clinical and Face Reality with a few of our favorites from several other brands!

No, all ADD ON services are for those who are wanting to book multiple modalities or treatments. These services can not be booked by themselves. All services with ADD ON next to it is not offered as an individual services. If any ADD ON service is booked without a regular service, the appointment will be canceled and refunded.
Yes, we offer chemical peels in almost all of our facials! Our Custom Facials include a superficial peel, while all of our Advanced Facials feature level 1 and 2 peels for deeper penetration. For first-time chemical peel clients, we recommend booking a Peels for a balanced introduction to chemical peels.
